After a damaging supply-chain issue brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, normalcy is coming back to the gold and silver bullion market, according to Peter Hug, international trading supervisor at Kitco Metals.
In an interview with Kitco News, Hug claimed that costs for gold and silver are beginning to fall back to pre-crisis levels; nonetheless, he added that supply is still a problem as several mints are still generating listed below capacity and also supplying coins on an appropriation basis.
