“Everyone wants the same two things from an electric vehicle today, and that is, it [has the same range] as my gas car and it recharges as quick as my gas car. Technology today is headed to a place where we can do that, but in order to do that, we need certain metals, and the one metal we really need in the cathode…is you need nickel,” Hoffman told Kitco News.
