Russia has generated over 100,000 troops near Ukraine. In action, the U.S. is reinforcing its existence in the region, with the Pentagon releasing about 3,000 troops to Eastern Europe in the coming days; 1,000 of which will be relocating from Germany to Romania while 2,000 will be heading to Germany and Poland from the United State
