Silver production in Peru down 11.1% in May – report

(Kitco News) – According to the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru (MINEM), silver production in Peru, the world’s third largest silver producing country, was 251,878 kg in May 2022, a decline of 11.1% compared to 283,347 kg mined in May 2021.
