Virtually twenty years ago Thomas Kaplan made his first ton of money in silver, buying options as well as transforming that investment into among the largest zinc-silver mines worldwide.
In an exclusive meeting with Kitco News, the CEO of The Electrum Team says that he is now back in silver after going public with a brand-new silver mine in Mexico. Last month Kaplan's asset investment fund went public with Gatos Silver (NYSE: GATO, TSX: GATO) with its generating Cerro Los Gatos Mine in Northern Mexico.
